How to subscribe:

To subscribe in BAB MMS Kitchen Service, follow the following steps:

Create new SMS on your mobile.
Write number 4
Send to 81012
Wait for seconds you will receive a welcoming SMS confirming your subscription.

How to cancel subscription:

To cancel your subscription, send an SMS contain the Arabic (Ghain) letter, leave a blank, then write number 4 and then send to 81012.

Types of messages:

The types of kitchen messages are classified as follows:

1- Main cuisines

2- Salads and pastries

3- Sweets

Three messages will be sent weekly. Every message contains quantities, how to prepare and pictures ( if available).

How to subscribe?

Subscription should be through your mobile. Only write channel number, write number 4 and then send to 81012 for Saudi telecom mobile customers. You will receive an SMS confirming your subscription.

If an MMS is not working, what should I do?

In order to receive messages you should subscribe in MMS by calling 902 to activate your subscription and get set up, or send an SMS containing the word (MMS) to 2222.

If I cancelled my subscription, can I re-subscribe?

Yes, canceling subscription does not mean that you cannot re-subscribe.

If your subscription still valid, it will be reactivated free of charge. You have the option to subscribe and cancel subscription whenever you want.

How could I pay the charges of subscription in Bab kitchen and to whom have I to pay the money?

As soon as you receive the subscription message via your mobile, your subscription chares will appear in you mobile bill, that means the charges will be added automatically to your bill.

I have tried to subscribe, but I did not receive any response?

Make sure that your mobile is not temporarily out of service if the mobile you are using is billed phone. If it is SAWA, make sure there is sufficient balance
